HELP WANTED-BOROUGH OF WEST HAZLETON
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS LABORER
The Borough of West Hazleton is seeking to hire a Full-Time Laborer for the Public Works
Department. Applicants must have a valid driver's license, possess or be willing to obtain a CDL Class B. Duties include but not limited to the year-round maintenance of municipal roads, parks maintenance and concrete work.
Mechanical skills and minor equipment maintenance and repairs is a plus.
Candidates must have the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and be self-motivated. This is a Full-Time Union position with on-call availability as needed. The position offers competitive
salary, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, & full benefits package.
