Local EOE employer is seeking a reliable individual for a fast-paced, customer oriented
residential cable TV, hi-speed
internet and digital telephone

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Candidate should possess high school diploma or GED and must be able to understand and operate a computer terminal, typewriter and other office equipment.

The right person should possess excellent customer service skills and proper business telephone etiquette for heavy phone work and be able to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment. Two years prior cable, cable internet, and telephony skills preferred.

Competitive salary and benefits package available. Bilingual a plus. Evening and weekend work will be required.
