FIELD TECHNICIAN

Local EOE employer is seeking a reliable individual for a residential cable TV, high speed internet and telephony Field Technician.

Candidate should possess a high school diploma or GED. This person should have the basic knowledge of HFC Cable Network including analog, digital, data and combining and knowledge of RF sweeping, balancing and maintenance of cable plant.

The right person must be able to lift, carry and climb a 28ft. extension ladder and be able to climb poles with the use of gaffs.

Must have a valid Pennsylvania driver's license and the knowledge of how to use a bucket truck. Head-end experience is a plus. Two year certificate from a technical school or an associate degree in electrical engineering and/or prior field experience is also a plus. Any knowledge of telephony is a plus.

FULL TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Also seeking a reliable individual for a Customer Service Representative.

Candidate should possess high school diploma or GED and must be able to understand and operate a computer terminal, typewriter and other office equipment. The right person should possess excellent customer service skills and proper business telephone etiquette for heavy phone work and be able to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment. Two years prior cable, cable internet, and telephony skills preferred. Competitive salary and benefits package available. Bilingual a plus. Evening and weekend work will be required.
