POLICE OFFICERS
The Borough of Freeland is seeking applications/resumes for the position of Full-Time & Part-Time Police Officers.
The Freeland Borough Police Department is currently seeking applications for the positions of Full-Time & Part-Time Police Officers. Full-time applicants will be subject to the applicable regulations established by the Freeland Borough Civil Service Commission.
ALL applicants must meet the following minimum qualifications:
- Be a United State Citizen
- Must hold PA Act 120 Certification or be currently enrolled in training
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Have a valid PA Driver's license
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Be physically and mentally fit ro perform all duties, as per PSP MPOETC regulations
- Must submit to a complete background investigation
Interested candidates are invited to obtain an application from the Freeland Borough Offices at 526 Fern St, Freeland, PA 18224, (570)-636-0141. The deadline to submit applications shall be 11:59pm on Monday, Match 1st, 2022.
Full time applicants will be subject to a minimum of a written exam, oral, exam, physical agility testing, physical exam and psychological testing.
