Candidates should possess high school diploma or GED and must have a basic knowledge of office equipment and basic computer skills. The right person should possess excellent customer service skills and proper business telephone etiquette for heavy phone work and be able to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment. Two years prior cable, cable internet, and telephony skills preferred. Bilingual is a plus. Competitive salary. Evening and weekend work will be required.
