CAN DO, Inc., the economics development organization serving the Greater Hazleton Area, is seeking an individual to join its management team as the Project Manager. The ideal candidate would be an energetic, detail-oriented individual. Duties include, but are not limited to, construction project management, property management and oversight of CAN DO facilities, Qualified applicants will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, exceptional organization skills, ability to plan work effectively and to work independently.
Applicant must have a bachelor degree or equivalent in an engineering or technical related curriculum, should possess strong oral and written communication skills, as well as a high level of computer literacy. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products required, with some minimal level of experience with AutoCad a plus. Experience of 5 years in a construction management and/or multi-property management environment is preferred.
