The primary purpose of the Job Coach is to direct, supervise and instruct participants in the Hazleton area in tasks and programmatic activities that are outlined in the Individual Support Plan. Provide documentation as required by the program and completes reports and summaries as requested. This position requires day, evening, and weekend work. A High school diploma or GED is required. Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred. Valid drivers license and Act 153 clearances are required. The following trainings are required: The Bureau of Autism Services Spectrum Training in Autism, all required training of the ALL Program, trainings required by state and federal regulation, and first aid, CPR and Heimlich procedures. Travel to Main Campus in Dallas expected at least once a month.
