Customer Service
Representative
Candidates should possess high school diploma or GED and must have a basic knowledge of office equipment and basic computer skills. The right person should possess excellent customer service skills and proper business telephone etiquette for heavy phone work and be able to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment. Two years prior cable, cable internet, and telephony skills preferred. Competitive salary. Evening and weekend work will be required.
Cable Installers
Candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED, have computer knowledge, and excellent customer service skills. The right person must be able to lift, carry and climb a 28 foot extension ladder and be able to work outside in all weather conditions. Must have a valid Pennsylvania drivers license and good driving record. Any knowledge of telephony is a plus. Prior experience a plus. Evening and weekend work required.
