FULL TIME OFFICE MANAGER
The Municipal Authority of Hazle Township is accepting applications and resumes for the full time position of Office Manager. This position requires an experienced, dedicated, reliable, detail oriented, self-motivated individual with strong management, accounting, financial, communication and interpersonal skills to perform, assist with and oversee all office duties; including but not limited to accounting, clerical, secretarial and administrative duties at the Authority office located at 79 Harleigh Blvd., Harleigh, PA.
The Office Manager shall also possess strong computer skills, with proficiency in data entry, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point, and other proprietary accounting, financial and billing software programs.
Responsibilities/duties include but are not limited to: management of office clerks/secretaries, attendance at all Board meetings, general clerical and office work, customer service, billing, collecting payments and general accounting duties.
Previous accounting, financial, and clerical experience is required. Previous experience in municipal, wastewater/water industry is preferred but not required. We offer a competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience, along with benefits.
Minimum qualifications: Post High School Education in accounting or financial field and valid PA Drivers License.
Must be able to pass a
pre-employment physical, criminal background check, and drug
& alcohol test.
