MAINTENANCE LABORER
Temporary/full time 4/1/2019-12/31/2019. 2 jobs with J.V. Balas Realty Partnership, Freeland, PA & job sites in Luzerne County. Use hand/power tools/equipment. Mow, trim, plant, water, rake, shovel, mulch, litter/debris cleanup, general building & grounds upkeep; assist with install of mortarless masonry wall units. Lift/carry 50 lbs, when necessary. 3 months landscape experience required. 40 hr/wk 8:00 AM-4:30 PM M-F. Wage is no less than $12.82/hr (OT varies @ $19.23/hr). Transport (includes meals & as necessary lodging) to place of employ provided/pd to workers residing outside normal commute distance by completion of 50% of job period. Return transport provided/pd to same workers if worker completes job period or dismissed early. Workers guaranteed offer of 3/4 of work hrs each 12-wk period. Tools, supplies, equipment & daily trans. to/from worksite from central location provided at no cost. Lodging equally available to foreign & non-local workers at no cost.
