Avenues in Hazleton is seeking a Full Time Program Specialist. This position offers a great schedule and generous benefits. Responsibilities include the development and implementation of Individualized Support Plans including goal plan writing and progress reports, scheduling and conducting progress reviews, completing all required documentation, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, advocating for consumer rights.
Requirements include: a Bachelor's Degree in a Human Service or related field and 2 year experience working with individuals with IDD or a Master's Degree and 1 year of experience, a valid PA Driver's License and access to a vehicle, good work history, above average written, verbal, and computer skills, acceptable results on background check.
