SPECIALIST
Available to work in Schuylkill and Luzerne Counties to develop placement sites and provide job coaching as needed for individuals with developmental disabilities. The Employment Specialist will provide specific job skills training, job development and placement, job coaching and follow up. Must possess effective oral and written communication skills, good computer skills, have basic knowledge of local business and industry. Must be willing to work some nontraditional hours, as needed.
Requirements include: a High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of experience in a related field, a valid PA driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle. Pre-employment drug screening, good work history and thorough background check required.
