Local EOE employer is seeking a reliable individual for a fast-paced, customer oriented residential cable TV, hi-speed internet, and digital telephone Customer Service Representative. Candidate should possess high school diploma or GED and must be able to understand and operate a computer terminal, typewriter and other office equipment. The right person should possess excellent customer service skills and proper business telephone etiquette for heavy phone work and be able to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment. Two years prior cable, cable internet, and telephony skills preferred. Competitive salary and benefits package available. Bilingual a plus. Evening and weekend work will be required.
CABLE INSTALLER
Local EOE employer is seeking a reliable individual for Cable TV; Hi-Speed Internet; and Digital Telephone Installer. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED, have computer knowledge, and excellent customer service skills. The right person must be able to lift, carry, and climb a 28 foot extension ladder and be able to work outside in all weather conditions. Must have a valid Pennsylvania drivers license and good driving record. Any knowledge of telephony is a plus. Prior experience a plus. Evening and weekend work required.

FIELD TECHNICIAN
Candidate should possess a high school diploma or GED. This person should have the basic knowledge of HFC Cable Network including analog, digital, data and combining and knowledge of RF sweeping, balancing and maintenance of cable plant.
The right person must be able to lift, carry and climb a 28 ft. extension ladder and be able to climb poles with the use of gaffs.
Must have a valid Pennsylvania drivers license and the knowledge of how to use a bucket truck. Head-end experience is a plus. Two-year certificate from a technical school or an associate degree in electrical engineering and/or prior field experience is also a plus. Any knowledge of telephony is a plus.
