Available position with Avenues Adult Day Program in Hazleton. The Direct Support staff will assist assigned individuals in providing care, supervision, completing documentation, implementing planned activities and operating program & personal vehicles on community outings. Position includes employer paid Health insurance, paid holidays, Paid Time Off, and a great schedule - No weekends of evenings!
Requirements include: a High School diploma or GED, valid PA Driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle, ability to meet physical demands of the job. Must have good work history and basic computer skills.
