Customer Service
We are looking for a service professional with extensive customer service experience to join our Customer Service team. This key position will promote and support a positive work atmosphere, with heavy emphasis on professionalism, teamwork, empowerment, and accountability. This position is located in our Hazleton, PA location.Responsibilities:* Verifies information provided on the customer order to ensure order entry accuracy.* Processes customer orders promptly, in line with order entry procedures.* Monitors / manages open orders to ensure customer delivery dates are met.* Handles customer inquiries promptly, accurately, and professionally.* Handles / resolves customer complaints.* Documents customer interactions.* Works internally to resolve problems, facilitate solutions, and enhance the customer experience.* Initiates and maintains a positive
experience for the customer.* Educates the customer on Forbo products, applications and processes.* Participates in and provides expertise as a member of the Customer Service team.* Provides back up support to other team members.* Participates, supports, and provides feedback on the Perfect Service program and Forbo's policies and procedures* Performs other related duties as
